Simply Elegant Home Designs, LLC. was founded on the principal of making quality home design (house plans) affordable for regular folks that appreciate quality design. Typically in the past quality home design has been reserved for the wealthy and plans were created to sit on acreage. We however have designed our homes thinking of the average American family with a realistic construction budget, who might be living on a traditional lot within a Master Planned Community or Subdivision.
Our house plans are designed from the inside out. No space is created without first considering circulation, site lines, relationship with adjacent spaces and being tested for possible furniture arrangements. In other words our plans are thoroughly thought out in order to ensure livability.
Simply Elegant Home Designs architectural styles are modern interpretations of traditional housing types such as the Craftsman, Bungalow, Cottage, Colonial, Tudor, Shingle Style and the American Farmhouse. Our house plans pay respect to these classic American styles but freely interpret those styles to adapt to the needs of the modern family.
